My “Soirees With Magsy” services make everyday gatherings a breeze! While still providing a unique and custom event, and packaged services from favorite vendors to create turnkey events for clients on a budget.

Sample packages include the following services:

SIMPLIFY YOUR SOIREE!

Consulting Only - $600

For DIY Clients who jut need direction and a plan.

3 Hours, extra hours $250 per hour

  • Menu planning
  • Detailed Prep and Day Of Plan
  • Recommendation of caterers, chefs and vendors if needed

Starter Soiree – $3500+

Price dependent on attendance.

This package includes the essentials for an excellent event experience:

  • One hour consultation at your home, business or event site to discuss your soiree vision and needs
  • A personalized presentation for your custom soiree
  • A final walk thru 1-2 weeks prior to the event to confirm all details and logistics
  • Five hours of event attention on event day
  • Basic hors d’oeuvres for 25, from a top vendor
  • 5-10 custom flower arrangements for the check in/reception desk and/or event tables
  • $100 printing credit for invsignage or basic grand opening supplies (giant scissors, ribbon)

Deluxe Soiree – $5000+

Everything from the Basic Soiree Package, plus enhancements like:

Starter Package, plus options like ...

  • Live music from a local artist or DJ
  • Event photographer to capture all the special moments at the soiree
  • Additional decor to match your event’s vibe
  • Elevated appetizers and dessert
  • Basic uplighting package at event rental site

Ultimate Soiree – $10,000++

Everything from the Deluxe Soiree package, plus enhancements like:

Starter Package, plus options like ...

  • A presentation of 2-3 custom themes for your event
  • Interactive dessert or hors d’oeuvres station
  • Live entertainment 
  • Custom swag for event attendees
  • Specialty lighting and Gobo Projection
  • Elevated appetizers and dessert
  • Basic uplighting package at event rental site

Additional add ons:

  • A unique and exciting venue to meet your vision – Price varies by venue
  • Increase to 50+ guests
  • Graphic design assistance to bring your event vision to life – programs, signage, custom decor, Powerpoint presentations and more – Price varies depending on needs
